    The 12-session personal training program is designed to build skill, strength, conditioning, and fight confidence through structured, progressive training. Each session is tailored to the individual’s goals—whether that’s weight loss, skill development, competition prep, or overall fitness. Sessions include a dynamic warm-up, technical skill training (boxing, kickboxing, or grappling fundamentals depending on focus), pad work or drilling for precision and timing, strength and conditioning for power and endurance, and a finisher focused on core and combat conditioning. Progress is tracked weekly to ensure measurable improvement in performance, technique, and physical fitness. By the end of 12 sessions, clients experience noticeable gains in stamina, strength, technical sharpness, and overall athletic confidence.
