Traqade Alternatives for Indian Gyms (2026)
Traqade (by Gympik/RoundGlass) shut down on 31 December 2025. Both traqade.com and gympik.com now serve an identical shutdown notice, and the notice lists two support email contacts but no data-export instructions and no stated data-retention window.
If you ran your gym on Traqade: contact [email protected] as soon as possible to request a full export of your member, membership and payment data — there is no published guarantee of how long it will remain available. Then pick a replacement below.
This list covers the platforms Indian gyms most commonly move to, with sourced pricing for each.
The alternatives at a glance
1. MyGymDesk
Independent Indian gyms and small chains that want flat published INR pricing with an India-first stack — UPI collection (Pro plan), GST invoicing, WhatsApp automation, eSSL/ZKTeco biometric.
Published flat plans: Starter ₹999, Growth ₹1,999, Pro ₹2,999 per month, unlimited members, with discounted yearly rates. Free trial, no card.
Multi-location chains and franchise operators comfortable with demo-led enterprise sales; acquired by US-based Daxko in June 2026.
No published pricing — demo-led; directories report conflicting figures (Techjockey ₹1,500–₹5,000/mo; SoftwareSuggest ₹2,499–₹9,999/user/mo).
Indian gyms that want software bundled with a done-for-you digital-marketing agency from the same vendor.
Homepage advertises "from ₹699/month"; full plan tiers are behind a contact form (Techjockey lists plans from ₹592/mo).
4. FitBudd
Personal trainers and online coaches selling programs through a branded client app — not gym-floor operations.
USD per-client pricing: Starter $15/mo for 2 clients (+$4/extra), Pro $79/mo for 20 clients (+$2/extra). 30-day trial.
5. Mindbody
Studios wanting a global booking platform with the Mindbody/ClassPass consumer marketplace; USD per-location pricing, no India stack marketed.
"Starting at $99 USD/month per location"; all tier prices are quote-only.
6. ABC Glofox
Boutique class-first studios on a global platform (ABC Fitness business unit); no India stack marketed.
No published tier prices — only a "plans starting at $99 per month" headline; the pricing page itself is a quote-request form.
7. GymMaster
Gyms wanting an international (New Zealand-based) platform with fully published USD pricing tiered by member count.
Published: Foundation US$89/mo (to 100 members), Advanced US$129/mo (to 400), higher tiers above (vendor pricing page).
