MyGymDesk integrations
MyGymDesk connects with the tools Indian gyms actually run on — UPI and card payments, WhatsApp, biometric attendance devices, the member and business apps, and more. Here's how each one works and how to set it up.
Payments
Razorpay
MyGymDesk connects your own Razorpay account so members pay for memberships, renewals, upgrades and class packages online by card, UPI or net banking. Connect in one click via OAuth — no API keys — under Settings, Integrations, Payment Gateway and UPI. Funds settle straight to your bank; MyGymDesk never holds your money or takes a cut. Requires the Pro plan.
UPI
Yes — MyGymDesk supports UPI QR collection for Indian gyms. Set your UPI ID once in Settings, and staff can show a scannable QR at the front desk during billing. Members pay with any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM — straight into your own bank, and you confirm receipt to record the payment.
Stripe
MyGymDesk connects your own Stripe account so members pay by card through an inline Embedded Checkout — no redirect. A per-gym webhook activates memberships, class packs and PT, then auto-creates an invoice and sends WhatsApp, email and push receipts. Available on the Pro plan, it charges in your gym’s own currency.
PayPal
Yes — MyGymDesk gyms on the Pro plan can connect their own PayPal business account to collect payments directly from members. PayPal powers member-portal membership, class and freeze purchases, the member shop, self-serve signups, payment links and recurring auto-renew. It’s built for international (non-INR) gyms; Indian rupee accounts use Razorpay instead.
Messaging
Biometric attendance
eSSL
MyGymDesk connects eSSL biometric devices over the cloud with no PC required: register the device serial number, then point the device to bio.mygymdesk.in in its ADMS Cloud Server setting and punches sync within seconds. Attendance is captured automatically, and on supported firmware expired members are blocked at the device. Available on the Growth and Pro plans.
ZKTeco
MyGymDesk connects ZKTeco biometric devices to your gym dashboard so fingerprint and face check-ins post attendance automatically. ZKTeco (and eSSL) devices push punches over WiFi via the ADMS cloud protocol to bio.mygymdesk.in — no PC needed — while an optional Windows Desktop Agent handles fingerprint templates. Biometric integration is a Growth and Pro plan feature.
Apps
Google Play
MyGymDesk publishes two free Android apps on Google Play: MyGymDesk Member for your members and MyGymDesk Business for owners and staff. Both work with your existing MyGymDesk login and need no setup by the gym. Gyms on the Pro plan can also publish their own branded member app under the gym’s own name.
Apple App Store
MyGymDesk publishes two free iOS apps on the App Store: MyGymDesk Member for members and MyGymDesk Business for owners and staff. Both run on iPhone and iPad, support Face ID and Touch ID sign-in, and need no setup by the gym. Pro-plan gyms can publish their own branded member app too.
Platform
Firebase Cloud Messaging
Firebase Cloud Messaging is the infrastructure MyGymDesk uses to deliver push notifications to Android phones; iOS push goes directly to Apple’s APNs. There is nothing for a gym to configure — payment receipts, class reminders, expiry alerts and campaign broadcasts reach members and staff automatically on every plan.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare and MyGymDesk work together in two places: Cloudflare is a supported DNS host when you point a custom domain at your MyGymDesk sign-up page, and Cloudflare Turnstile blocks bots on your public lead form. One rule matters — set the CNAME record’s proxy status to DNS only.
