MyGymDesk iOS apps on the App Store
MyGymDesk publishes two free iOS apps on the App Store: MyGymDesk Member for members and MyGymDesk Business for owners and staff. Both run on iPhone and iPad, support Face ID and Touch ID sign-in, and need no setup by the gym. Pro-plan gyms can publish their own branded member app too.
What you can do with it
Face ID sign-in for members and staff
After the first login, members and staff can unlock the app with Face ID or Touch ID instead of typing a password — useful at a busy front desk.
Members manage their membership on iPhone
Plan and expiry, invoices and receipts, class bookings, and assigned workout and diet plans are all available in MyGymDesk Member.
Owners check the numbers away from the desk
MyGymDesk Business puts collections, attendance, member lookup and the owner dashboard on iPhone and iPad.
Native iOS push notifications
Receipts, renewal reminders and class alerts arrive through Apple’s push service, so members see them without opening the app.
A branded iOS app under your gym’s name (Pro)
Pro-plan gyms submit their app details once and MyGymDesk builds and ships a branded member app to the App Store under the MyGymDesk Technologies developer account — six are published today.
How to set it up
- 1Nothing to configure at the gym — both apps are live on the App Store and work with your existing MyGymDesk account.
- 2Owners and staff: search the App Store for “MyGymDesk Business”, install it, and sign in with your dashboard email and password.
- 3Members: search the App Store for “MyGymDesk Member”, install it, and sign in with the phone number or email registered at the gym, or request a one-time code.
- 4Optional: tap the Face ID button on the login screen to enable biometric sign-in for future visits.
- 5For a branded app (Pro plan): open Settings → Growth & Apps → Brandable App.
- 6Provide the App Name, App Slug, icon and splash image, primary colour and store descriptions, then click “Submit for Review”.
- 7The panel locks while the build is prepared and submitted to Apple; once the status shows Published, the App Store link appears there.
