MyGymDesk Android apps on Google Play

MyGymDesk publishes two free Android apps on Google Play: MyGymDesk Member for your members and MyGymDesk Business for owners and staff. Both work with your existing MyGymDesk login and need no setup by the gym. Gyms on the Pro plan can also publish their own branded member app under the gym’s own name.

What you can do with it

Members carry their membership in their pocket

Members sign in to MyGymDesk Member with their phone number or email and see their plan, expiry date, invoices, class bookings and assigned workout and diet plans.

Owners and staff run the gym from an Android phone

MyGymDesk Business gives owners and staff the dashboard, member lookup, payment collection and attendance tools on their own phone, so the front desk is not tied to a PC.

Push notifications reach members without WhatsApp costs

Payment receipts, renewal reminders, class alerts and broadcast campaigns arrive as native Android notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging, on every plan.

    Fingerprint sign-in on supported devices

Members and staff can enable fingerprint unlock on the login screen instead of retyping a password each visit.

Your own app under your gym’s name (Pro)

Pro-plan gyms submit an app name, icon, splash screen, colour and store descriptions from Settings, and MyGymDesk publishes a branded member app to Google Play under the MyGymDesk Technologies developer account. Six branded apps are published today.

    How to set it up

    1. 1There is nothing to install or configure on the gym’s side — both apps are already live on Google Play and work with your existing MyGymDesk account.
    2. 2Owners and staff: search Google Play for “MyGymDesk Business”, install it, and sign in with the same email and password you use on the dashboard.
    3. 3Members: search Google Play for “MyGymDesk Member”, install it, and sign in with the phone number or email registered at your gym — or request a one-time code instead of a password.
    4. 4Optional: on the login screen, enable fingerprint sign-in so future logins skip the password.
    5. 5For a branded app (Pro plan): open Settings → Growth & Apps → Brandable App.
    6. 6Fill in App Name, App Slug, App Icon and Splash Screen (JPG, PNG or WEBP, under 5 MB each), your primary colour as a hex value, and the short and full store descriptions.
    7. 7Click “Submit for Review”. The form locks while MyGymDesk builds and submits the app; when the status turns Published, the Play Store link appears in the same panel.
