**Last updated: July 24, 2026** β€’ **Author:** MyGymDesk Editorial Team β€’ **Disclosure:** MyGymDesk is one of the products priced below. We publish our prices, and we've put every competitor's real number next to ours β€” sourced and dated.

Ask "how much does gym software cost in India?" and you get a mess of answers: dollar prices for tools sold to Indian gyms, "contact us for a quote," per-member maths that balloons at scale, asterisks with no footnote, and annual maintenance contracts bolted onto a one-time licence. This post cuts through it. Every figure is from the vendor's own page β€” or, where a vendor hides its pricing, a named directory β€” and every figure carries the date we checked it (July 2026).

The tools that publish a price in β‚Ή

These vendors show real rupee pricing you can read before a sales call.

    | Tool | Published monthly price (β‚Ή) | Notes |

    |---|---|---|

    | MyGymDesk | β‚Ή999 / β‚Ή1,999 / β‚Ή2,999 | Starter / Growth / Pro, flat, no asterisk |

    | Okfit | β‚Ή500 / β‚Ή1,000 / β‚Ή2,000 / β‚Ή3,000 | Lite / Basic / Essential / Growth; ~20% off yearly |

    | Akton | β‚Ή89* / β‚Ή129 | "Fitrack Best Value" β‚Ή89 asterisk unexplained on the page; "All-inclusive" β‚Ή129 |

    Sources: mygymdesk.in/pricing, okfit.in, akton.in/pricing β€” all retrieved July 2026.

Two cautions. Akton's β‚Ή89 carries an asterisk the page never explains β€” no term, member cap or introductory period β€” so it's a headline, not a verified all-in cost. And Okfit's lowest tiers withhold core things: its mobile app and WhatsApp start at the β‚Ή1,000 Basic tier, analytics and POS only at β‚Ή3,000. A published price is only useful if you also read what the tier includes.

The tools priced in US dollars

These are sold to Indian gyms but quote in USD. We convert at an assumed β‚Ή86 per US$ (July 2026) β€” for scale only; they bill in dollars, and the rate moves.

    | Tool | Published price (USD) | β‰ˆ β‚Ή/month at β‚Ή86/US$ |

    |---|---|---|

    | GymForce | $79 / $99 per month | β‚Ή6,800 / β‚Ή8,500 |

    | WellnessLiving | $69 / $199 / $349 per month | β‚Ή5,900 / β‚Ή17,100 / β‚Ή30,000 |

    | Mindbody | from ~$225/month (directory) | from ~β‚Ή19,000 |

    | Zenoti | ~$225–$400 per location (directory) | ~β‚Ή19,000–₹34,000 per location |

Sources: gymforce.in and WellnessLiving's pricing page (published); Mindbody and Zenoti via SoftwareFinder / GetApp directories (demo-led vendors) β€” all July 2026.

GymForce is worth a flag: it markets itself as India-first β€” UPI, GST, WhatsApp β€” yet publishes no INR price at all. WellnessLiving deserves credit for publishing full tiers, unusual among international platforms. Zenoti's "per location" model is the one that scales fastest: a three-branch chain is paying three times the headline.

The tools that won't show you a price

Several platforms replace a number with "Request a demo," "Custom pricing," or "Contact sales":

  1. Easy Gym Software β€” "Pricing is flexible and scalable based on your gym's size, member count, and number of locations." A third-party directory (Techjockey, July 2026) lists β‚Ή15,000 plus a β‚Ή5,000 annual maintenance contract, but that's not a vendor quote.
  2. FitnessForce (now Daxko) β€” ~β‚Ή1,500/month per directory listings; enterprise tiers on request.
  3. Glofox, Zen Planner, Wodify β€” demo-led, USD.
  4. "Custom pricing" usually means one of three things: the product is aimed at larger operators who negotiate; the price is high enough that a number would scare off self-serve buyers; or it flexes by member count or location so much there's no single figure. None of those are sinister β€” but they all mean you can't compare on price until you've spent time in a sales call. Budget for that.

Decode the pricing model, not just the number

The headline is less important than the shape. Four models to recognise:

  5. Flat per-plan (MyGymDesk): one price per tier, unlimited members. Predictable as you grow.
  6. Per-member: cheap at 30 members, painful at 500. Do the maths at your real headcount.
  7. Per-location: multiplies with every branch (Zenoti). Fine for one site; model it for a chain.
  8. Licence + AMC: a one-time fee plus a recurring annual maintenance contract (Easy Gym's directory listing). Ask what the AMC covers and whether updates are included.
  9. And watch for the asterisk (Akton's β‚Ή89) and the teaser tier (Okfit's β‚Ή500 Lite without the app) β€” both make the headline look lower than the price you'll actually pay for the features you need.

    What MyGymDesk costs β€” plainly

Three plans, flat monthly INR, unlimited members, no asterisk:

  10. Starter β€” β‚Ή999/month. Member management, GST invoicing, and WhatsApp automation from a shared number are all included here.
  11. Growth β€” β‚Ή1,999/month. Adds biometric attendance (eSSL/ZKTeco over the cloud, no PC), multi-location, lead management and class booking.
  12. Pro β€” β‚Ή2,999/month. Adds your own payment gateway (UPI + cards via Razorpay), UPI QR collection, custom domain and the brandable app.
  13. Yearly billing saves ~17% and three-year ~31%. Add-ons are named and priced separately β€” payroll, the AI Business Pack, the WhatsApp Business Marketing module (your own number + campaigns), extra locations, and a done-for-you website. Our pricing is read live from our own database, so the pricing page is always the current source of truth β€” there's nothing hidden behind a "contact us."

One honest note on what the price does not buy: MyGymDesk renewals are one-time payments, not automatic UPI debits. We send the reminder and a one-tap payment link; the member taps to pay. If you need automatic monthly debits, GymForce markets UPI AutoPay.

Before you buy, ask five questions

  14. Is the price in β‚Ή or USD β€” and if USD, what's it in rupees today?
  15. Is it flat, per-member, or per-location β€” at my member count and branch count?
  16. What does the cheapest tier leave out that I'll actually need (WhatsApp, the app, biometric)?
  17. Is there an asterisk, a setup fee, or an annual maintenance contract?
  18. Are UPI collection and GST invoicing included, or extra?
  19. Run those five against any shortlist and the real cost stops hiding.

Every figure here was checked in July 2026 from the vendor's own site, or a named directory where the vendor doesn't publish pricing. Vendors change prices; verify current terms before you buy.
