About the Role
This is not a traditional marketing or sales role.
We're looking for a Growth & Business Development Executive who will help us generate qualified business opportunities, build partnerships, improve our marketing execution, and identify new ways to reach gym owners across India.

What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Build and maintain a database of gym owners, fitness studios, yoga studios, Pilates studios, CrossFit boxes, and sports academies across India.
- Research new markets, cities, and business opportunities.
- Identify high-potential prospects using tools like Google Maps, LinkedIn, Justdial, Instagram, and other online directories.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and approach potential business partners such as gym consultants, equipment suppliers, fitness academies, franchise consultants, and industry associations.
- Build referral and partnership programs to generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate partnership discussions and follow-ups.
Marketing & Growth
- Coordinate content publishing across blogs, social media, Google Business Profile, and email campaigns.
- Assist with SEO initiatives and website updates.
- Help execute webinars, online events, and marketing campaigns.
- Collect customer testimonials, reviews, and case studies.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Sales Enablement
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
- Support outbound email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Assist in preparing sales collateral and market insights.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, Marketing, Lead Generation, or related roles.
- Strong research and internet sourcing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where responsibilities evolve with business needs.
Good to Have
- Experience in a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or email marketing tools.
- Interest in the fitness or technology industry.
